Well, I let the Muscovys out earlier & watched them. They followed the other ducks around & just hung out. I looked our for them all day & they started getting closer to the other ducks, then they was eating around in the mid together w/o any problem! I was so happy! They are now sleeping...
Yes, I have white&buff silkies with my ducks&standard chickens. They roam around, eat, drink, & sleep together. No problem. There is even a younger buff silkie&guinea in there with them too.
My other standard chickens come from their coop & hangs out with them too!
Also, I have three baby white...
I have been noticing that some of the eggs in the nest box have been eaten. I was wondering if it was a chicken, what does that mean? Is there a way to stop this? What can I do?
Thanks for any info!
Alright, that's for the info!
I'll take it all into conseteration. I don't have to worry about them flying into the road bc I live almost a mile off the road, but I do have to worry about them flying into the brushy woods & stuff. Thanks again!
I just bought a pair of fully grown Muscovy Ducks and was wondering...
1. When can I let them out to free roam with the other ducks&chickwns w/o them flying/running away?
2. Should I clip their wings?
3. How will they get along with my Male Blue Swedish, Female Blue Swedish, & Female Rouen...
I hatched a white silkie March 2nd & I've left him/she in the incubator bc everytime I move him/her to the brood he/she cries! I got home to check on him/her & he/she is poolping blood & orange looking stuff!?!
What do I do?!
Border Collie.
My Border Collie Buck are with my poultry all the time & when he's around the hawks won't mess with them, until he's gone to town with me or not there. He has ran off other dogs, coyotes, & any other ground critter that comes around.
Does anyone know the difference between an engine between that has been rebuilt than a new engine? If so, which one if better Sorry I know nothing about vehicles. Lol
