I have ten ducklings, they're five days old. When I go to pick a couple up they start having a lot of bubbles like foaming come out of their mouth. Does anybody know what it can be?

All ten have hatched. One died in the egg. So I have ten healthy babies. The one I helped is doing great!

You can't really tell but be still has the bottom part of his shell I believe his cord is still attached. What do you think

Was just looking at them and it looks like he hasn't adsorbed all the yolk.. :( I wrapped him in a warm wet paper towel to see if that will help him..

When I got up this morning I bad about five eggs that have external pipped. Yay! The one still hasn't done anything.

well I just got home from a concert and of course I had to check on my eggies.. nothing yet in the one. he's still chirping away though.. i have another one greying so i think i'm going to just leave them alone and let them take their course. the one i made an artificial external pip in should i...

The rest have internal pipped but I think the greying in this one freaked me out the most. Thank you so much for he help!

I didn't see any blood. It's been over or close to 24 hours since he internal pipped

Ok well I made a small hole in the top of the egg.. I can see him.. he's moving.. and breathing.. now what do i do?

Well I just got home from work and the grey on the egg has gotten bigger... No external pip... I can hear him peeping and moving but I don't know what I should do ugh :(

Well here it is... When I looked this morning it really isn't red anymore but more grey spots on the egg. When I put the egg to my ear and listen I can hear him and it sounds like he's trying to get out so I'm assuming he's ok. What do you think? I know the picture isn't a great one.

Well I have five that have internal pipped... One that did has grey spots in the outside and when I candled it it looked like it had blood or something.. Do you know what that could be? It was moving and I could hear it.

I'm incubating Rouen eggs and I have egg that has grey spots on the outside of the shell so I candled it and I see red like blood does anybody know what that could be? Please help! Today is day 28 by the way and the egg has also internal pipped.

So I'm incubating 11 ducks eggs... I know your not suppose to candle them when they're on lockdown but I was so scared and worried so I wanted to make sure they're ok. Anyone I believe I have one that has internal pipped... If so is it ok that they've started to pip even though its only day 26...
