So it's day 20 and the refrigerated eggs from above grew 4 babies...3 weren't fertile when we candled and we had one quitter. BUT one HATCHED yesterday and there are peeps coming from the other eggs today!! <3

Our little frizzle is a year and a half. She does such a great job! She hatched a little one in January too! :)this was her January baby...isn't she the cutest tiny momma?!? :)
Thanks! They are doing great...and they are under a surrogate momma, a tiny bantam frizzle. :) I am excited to see what that combo makes!! She's also brooding a couple silkie Cochin crosses.

For reall!! Holy smokes!! I am new to this thread as I just picked up my first little lav orp this weekend...and holy smokes there is a lot if rudeness on here!! One of my favorite things about raising chickens is finding other chicken friends and learning from them. This thread just seems harsh!
