She's not been good at all today, she's been very lethargic and listless and the last half of the day she's been nested in the Coop. I'm going to have a look at her tommorrow and re-powder lice her, as it's been a week almost.

I checked her Crop yesterday morning and it was empty, not full at least. she took a good 30 seconds to come out the coop and was still slightly listless, in comparison to the other two, but today she seems to be recovering - She whizzed out the coop this morning and is happily foraging with...

I gave her some yoghurt earlier just after i had bathed and dried her, she took some but not alot. She's now gone into the nest :/

It seems the only way to tell is if tommorrow when she comes out from the coop, her crop is still full... so tommorow I'll have to investigate. She's still very lethargic and listless, starting to get very worried...

I'll do anything to ensure the survival of my girls, do you think maybe it's an impacted crop and why she has eaten and drunk only little?

Hi, It feels quite bubbly and full, Earlier she had some grey-ish fluid discharge from her, it was more liquid than goo but it had a slight stick to it, though not strong. Any ideas? I'll see if I have a picture of her crop to show

Here she is, the beautiful girl... Bright red comb and wattles, eye are colour too. Healthy looking legs... Slightly lobsided tail... Later on today, I'll get some pictures of her vent area when I have someone there to hold her, it's a bit difficult to hold her and take...

She's no longer active and returned to her listless state - Obviously the powder wont kill them this quick, but I'm hoping over the next few days she picks up.

LICE! I never saw them before, they were barely active in her Vent area, but after a thorough inspection when I brought her in for a bath, under her wing and on her back, the little critters were active. I mite powdered her, the other 2 hens and their bedding, along with their dust bath...

Tommorrow then, I'll bring her indoors, give her a nice warm bath let her relax and soothe in it, then as I dry her give her a massage of the vent area. I'll check to see if there's an egg there first though. I'll isolate her too, give her, her own space, with warmth, food, water and oyster...

No lice around the vent, her crop isn't swollen, her Wattles and comb bright red, eyes vivid and colourful, feathers in tact, tail doesn't drop her wings are perfectly fine -not dropped - legs are okay, not crusty... she just isn't making noise, isn't eating much and sits in the nest box most...

Still no advice? Let the girls out this morning, and she didn't even nudge and now she wont eat.....
