Blue Ridge Stables
We are a privately owned farm in North Eastern PA... I do everything I can to help rescue horses, including ponies, minis, and donkeys. We also get goats out of trouble, and pretty much anything else I can handle I rehab our horses and find them great, hopefully forever...
Wow, that's scary, but I would've done the same thing When we lived next to a big creek, and had lots of ducks and geese, I used to chase this one fox. I'd see the dumb thing and he'd get pelted with anything I could throw, along with me screaming at him. No matter what, that fox ALWAYS ran...
I'd say they are crossed with the fawn/white runner, but I also see why you're questioning the color. The "pattern" is why I'm saying they are runner crosses. I've had gray (mallard colored ducks) crossed with pekins, and the resulting pattern was that of a gray duck, but with white mixed in...
I am looking into getting a mikmar bit for my stallion. He is soft, but will "dig" down with his nose out on trail if he gets excited (and I mean that in energy terms, nothing else). I typically use a Myler snaffle on him, but would like that leverage and the extra pressure points the makers...
Had this same thing happen a few years back here on the east coast... No horses allowed in or out of states, barns on lockdown, many shows cancelled... It came and went, then we never heard another word about it. I'm sure stuff like this happens more than we realize. Does make me glad I don't...
Silkies can have single combs when they're "hatchery". We had quite a few go through here (I work at TSC) with single combs, 4 toes, partially feathered legs/feet... hatcheries don't cull for bad traits so they (the traits) just continue on.
Well, I was told from a poultry farmer in GA that "They (the chicken companies) totally set you up from the birds right down to their "medicines" (wink wink)..." I'll keep buying local farm raised by people I know well as long as I can, especially when I have someone who knows first hand what...
I also wanted to send out a HUGE thank you to everybody who donated anything towards the chicken stock. With out your help we wouldn't be able to make it nearly as big!!!
Are you seeing the silkied ameraucanas? They are a true ameraucana that had the silkie feather gene pop up through some strange genetic happening... No crossing of silkies at all
Alrighty guys... Here's what we are hoping to get donated yet
- Hot dog rolls

If you can bring any of the above items please pm or email me by tomorrow afternoon. Thank You all SO much!

If he said there was no manager in the store he was either lying, or he was the manager on duty. It is against policy for a manager to not be in the store at any given time for obvious reasons - customers, alarms going off... I can't believe they only had 2 people working a Saturday - right now...
So here's what we still need...
FOOD:
Deserts
Side dishes (pasta salad, potato salad...)
Soda
water
ALSO: Please PM me or acid_chipmunk (she's going to be running the auction) if you have eggs available for the egg auction. I know a few people have stated that they have eggs to donate, but...
