Can anyone tell me how I can introduce bantam chickens to a flock of regular size chickens. I try to mix a few of them in my larger pen and every time the larger chickens goes to pecking them rather fiercely. Is it possible to get them used to each other without the bantams getting pecked to death?
I usually feed my chickens on the ground. As soon as I get out of site the wild birds fly into my pen and consume a lot of the feed, Any one got any ideas how to stop this or slow it down.

They are in pens about 10ft by 10ft so they really don't get to much access to bugs or other things. They seem to like black sunflower seeds better than anything.
I have several breeds of pheasants and I can't find any feed they seem to like. I have tried Game Bird feed, all grains and even corn but they don't seem to like any one very much.
They are a year old. Can some one please give me some ideas.

Can someone tell me what kind of roost do a couple of turkeys need? I know they like to roost up high, like in a tree limb but I need to know what roosts I can use in a Pen.:|
