    Serama pullet

    She is definitely tiny!! She was the smallest out of all the other seramas the guy had. The first day i had her she was just a big cuddle bug, wanted to sleep in my hand with her head tucked behind her wing. Now she's a lot more active, and a great flyer :) and doesn't take crap from the bigger...

    Hooked beak vs straight?

    I feel like she needs to go in with my parrots, she'd fit in with her curved beak

    Got these two this weekend. Told they were show line pullets. No i don't believe everything i hear lol. What color are they? They are not full white, they've got the creamy color on their backs/wings/legs. How do they look for silkies as far as being typey/conformationally?? I would love to...

    11 new chicks, breeds/genders? :}

    This is the one we're thinking maybe roo? And this is the one with a really curved hawk-like beak that we're thinking is the pullet. Shes got a lot more feathering than the other one (the one to the right of the silkie lol)

    11 new chicks, breeds/genders? :}

    What about the silkie makes it look like a roo? Just curious. and one of the black/yellows (the one with the less curved beak and more defined yellow) has almost a pinkish tinge to the top of the comb area, makes me wonder as well :/

    Hooked beak vs straight?

    We got these GLWs? together a few days ago. About the same size, one may be a bit bigger. One has a really hooked beak compared to the other, does this mean anything? One has more adult featehring than the other as well, and a better tail. The one with the straighter beak has a lighter comb area...

    New to owning chickens, in KY

    That makes sense because the guy said they laid brownish eggs. I was too busy catching my serama chick to listen when they guy was telling my mother (who picked them out) what they were and then she couldn't remember on the car ride home. he said they were both pullets (but he probably just...
