My rooster just attacked one of my hens and now she's missing her eye and she's all bloody. I'm getting rid of the rooster because I won't be having anymore of my hen shirt but is there anything I can do for this one or would it be best to just go ahead and put her out of her misery????

No it's ok. I definitely said it was my fault but my new babies stayed in the house a lot longer than they should have so we could make sure the house was perfectly safe. The floor is wood so if something digs under it all they will find is wood and the sides are buried under the ground.

Thanks. They were my babies and I cried my eyes out the entire day but we have more and reinforced the pen even more so nothing is able to get into it.

Sadly we had some bobcats come through and took all of them :(

Thank you I noticed I posted two threads the first one said it could not post. Thank you that's what I thought since they said they are amerucaunas.

The store said these are amerucaunas but I have some amerucaunas and they look nothing like this. I'm hoping someone will know.
