    Skunks do kill chickens...

I am not entirely sure what happened. My coop is open for free range until it gets cold enough that guinea roosts inside. When that happens, he is securely shut in at dusk. He was still roosting in the tree so as of yesterday he moved about as he would. My coop is half enclosed, half 'open'...

    Skunks do kill chickens...

I found my guinea yesterday, put out a live trap last night. Skunk was the culprit. I will leave the trap out until I can get rid of the whole family or at least as many as I can catch. I had no idea a skunk would kill a guniea/chicken. Never even crossed my mind.

    Bedding

I couldn't find it here in Oklahoma City either but I called the manufacturer and now a local feed store has it. I hope to get some guineas soon and I will see how well this stuff works!

    Hello From Oklahoma!

Hi everyone. I just joined BYC and am excited to learn a bunch! I am from Norman, OK and have a guinea. It's a long story about how I came to be a guinea mom. My first order of business is finding adult guineas in the area. I am striking out by myself. A local feed store told me to check...
