    Hello, several years ago we bought them for $35 a dozen. It takes a fair amount of work to wrap the eggs, put bubble wrap around for shipment, etc. so it has to be worth your while. God bless!

    Usually with a thermometer, you want one that senses air temp. A people thermometer wont work.

    An incubator ( and body temp) are around 99-100 degrees, and room temp is around 70 degrees, so if it's meant for people or room temp, I think you're all set. Good luck!

    Are they free roaming outside? They may be happier with the forage they have, if so. Do you have a mixed flock? We've raised a handful of varieties, and they seem to have different levels of interest in "scraps." We currently have Red Dorkings and Barred Rocks.
