    MALLARD THREAD...not rouens, Mallards!

Hi, everyone! I currently have 3 mallards: 2 females and a drake. I wanted mallards mainly because I wanted to see them FLY. I really enjoy the whole wings and flight aspect of birds. To me, it looks beautiful. We do have some chickens that have really impressed me as well...like our bantam...

Small backyard pond keeps filling with water...without rain! Any ideas? (pics)

LOL, BBQJOE. I'm just curious about the science behind the reappearing water. But yes I do want water in it... Just when I'm finished with the project. I have to keep emptying it to work on it. Just curious about the source of the water.

    Funny Fart Stories

Ok...this one is hilarious...some years ago, I was hanging out with my cousin, Aunt and Uncle. We had dinner at Olive Garden and then stopped off at Guitar Center to check out the keyboards (for me) and guitars (for my cousin). There was a mini stage/platform inside with stool-like seats...

Hi! New to BYC...any other pond lovers?

I agree. And, I do see many ponds in our area, so I'm already quite confident that this is a good area to have one...but getting an excavator's opinion and tips and pointers from other pond owners would definitely be useful. I am just a beginner with a dream and have a lot to learn. Thank you...

Hi! New to BYC...any other pond lovers?

Well, where to start? Just a little bit to introduce myself...my wife and I and our 3 amazing children (daughter and 2 boys) live on a small farm in rural Ohio. We have about 3 acres...not quite as much land as we originally wanted but enough to have some animals and a LOT of fun. I learned...
