    Have you tried buying dog food and soaking it. Until light and fluffy. Also sunflower seeds help too. My vet told me to do that and I do agree with the lice and mites not easy to see. I was told to get a spray from the local feed store. I hope this helps some. Good luck Best wishes

    I give my girls sunflower seeds too. Plus I give mine dry dog food that I soak and I have never had that problem have heard of alot of ppl saying that it happens.

    I am so sorry to hear that I live in the country and when I say I just went through that is was last month. You should look at his saddle and hackle feathers that's the tall tell sign I seen my rooster about 3 months or 4 months old.
