I noticed this morning one of my ducks had a type of mass on its bottom. I caught her and thought it was dried up poo however it is hard and attached. She has NO problem pooping and is eating like crazy. What could it be? Whatdo I do? It did seem to have a clear liquid seep out? -

Loss of wing feathers!
I have a 1 year old chocolate Indian runner. I noticed she is missing feathers on both of her wings. I do not notice any of them picking on her. She eats and stays with the flock. I don't know what's wrong!! It's the same on each side. -

I was getting 5-6 eggs a day. They started laying about a month ago. But the last two mornings there are only three and they are buried in a nest in the corner. Normally they are all just in a general area. But the nest is new and only 3? Any ideas? -
One loud Indian runner

Clean pond / duck pool
Any good suggestions on how to keep the pond clean? We have a filter and pump but it seems to get dirty so fast. It's one of the big pools from Walmart. Any chemicals you have used to help? Wishful thinking that I won't have to clean it out every few days! -
My first eggs!
I got my first eggs!! I got my ducks In January and one has started laying!!! So excited. I'm on day three and each morning there is one egg! Now if she will just encourage the other 6 to start it will be wonderful! I do not have nesting boxes. Is that something I need to look into now? -

Ohh I will need to put something else up. It's just a cloth mesh. I was not thinking about the raccoons ripping open the mesh! -

The openings at the top have mesh that we stapled around the opening. Do we need to also add wire? I think another week sounds like the best option. Thank you!
