Can ducks lay 2 eggs a day?

I am a novice as well but have been consistently getting at least two eggs a day from each of my khaki ladies and some days I get 2 from my Cayuga. They are just a year old this spring. All ladies seem healthy and happy so I assume that means we are doing well and getting great rewards for our work

    Refridgerate or kitchen counter storage

Glad to know I am not the only "crazy person" who stores eggs on my counter. People look at you pretty funny here in North America when they see that.

    Egg storage

We keep ours on the counter as per the Australian method. They last up to a month but are not as good after a couple of weeks. Don't forget the easier you are on the egg when washing or wiping away the dirt will leave more "bloom" on the egg and it will last longer.
