Pretty sure he's a roo at 14 weeks but no crowing yet. He's just so much darker than all other BR roo's I've seen, maybe because he's not purebred? Really don't want to give him away!

Sorry, I think my original post got deleted? We were supposed to get 2 BSL and 1 BR at a feed store. One BR seems true to defined B&W coloring but the other one looks kind of barred but with grey stripes- I believe it was in the BSL bin? Is it a cockerel if it is a BSL? The chick in question is...
