Some roosters just don't get along...unfortunately. I would suggest getting rid of one. Definitely not to many hens for one rooster.

As long as the rooster are not being to ruff that should be fine. Have you had them together for a while?

At this age pretty hard to tell...

A few hens to one rooster is usually fine depending on the rooster...if you a want all eggs to be fertile you want no more than 15 hens per rooster.

I have been searching high a low for these birds! Used to have some and did not realize how rare they are. The only hatchery that I can find them from is Ideal Poultry...Now wondering if I can find hatching eggs, from a breeder? Would really like to find some. Possibly be interested in black...

Yes. I would say Dark Brahma. The gender would be hard to tell at this age, but knowing that it is a freebie from Murray Mcmurray I would say probably a rooster. It seems mostly that way when they send a free one.
