I have 6 hens; 2 molted months ago & never got their feathers back. One partially did, her skin is at least covered. The other is completely naked on her back. Some start to grow in but then disappear. They all seem completely healthy & act normal, & I haven't noticed mites. What should I do?

I hatched this duckling from a blue tinted egg I found behind my house. All the ducks back there look like Blue Swedish, not a single solid white one out there. So where'd this one come from!? It is 8 weeks old today, I just took the pictures. Any ideas on gender?

My duckling is about 5 weeks old, almost all of his baby fuzz is gone. on his right shoulder he has a pretty big bald spot, maybe 1-2 inches. He seems to pick at it alot, could it be fleas? I thought I saw some dark spots. What can I do to help him??
