Yes! I definitely think it’s just from the sun, especially since her back is still dark.

Shes about 8 months old. Her back is still extremely dark where her wings cover.

They are doing wonderful! I think it was just the eggs we fed them. They both grew up to be boys (wonderful ) and are very happy. They have no heath issues! I hope you have no problems with your girls!

Turns out she was broody. She started setting on her nest a few days after I made this post! We decided to keep her off the nest though because we don’t need more ducks and we don’t want her sitting their for so long, it’s not good for her! She’s doimg much better now!

It’s been going on for about 2 weeks, but she started regurgitating 2 days ago. She laid 2 eggs this morning. Making a vet appointment tomorrow

Her name is miracle! We rescued her as a baby, she was drowning, no mamma or siblings around, and she couldn’t get out of the water. She’s always been tame! She bites us when we pet her on her back or tail though :rolleyes: :lol:
