Pictures are always helpful. With feet, it’s always good to wash them first and try to get clear pictures from the top as well as the bottom. But to answer your question, yes a bumble can be isolated to just one toe.

I vote for separating him too for a day or two, and think it wouldn’t hurt to put some disinfectant on it to keep the germs off it and maybe dry it out quicker.
