    The joints on the other leg are not as swollen but they are getting larger (especially the large joint at the top of the leg). The red streaks and white patches are also showing up slowly on the other leg.

    I have a 2 mo old bantam sussex chick who has for the last week always wanted to lay down...i noticed yesterday it started limping..picked it up and its joints are swelled as well as the top of the foot...part of the leg and foot are white and some are dark lines...i was going to start treating...

    Ok...so we made it through...lost 21 total....i ended up giving them the corid (still am) and the denagard...the symptoms were droopy wings...bloody diarrhea...bad smell...weight loss...and then eventual death....the 6 that survived are doing well now...and are gaining weight again...i bleached...

    Yes...i knew it wasn't an antibiotic...i just thought it was what treated coccidiosis...i have antibiotics...would it be better for me to use them? I have tylan...oxytetracycline..acidified copper sulfate...

    I have noticed I have one speckled Sussex bantams hen who is 2 years old this year that lays large eggs with bubbles in them....sometimes these eggs will grow in the incubator but don't make it more than two weeks before death in egg.
