Update: Thank you everyone who responded to my post. I ended up culling her this weekend because she just wasn't getting better and her quality of life wasn't there. Hard decision but I believe it was the right one for her. :(

I did contact the farm and they are had me treat for coccidosis (sp?). I gave them a 5 day supply and the chick in question doesn't seem any better. She eats and drinks okay but the rest of the time she moves around she seems unsteady and tired. She has no desire to groom herself, all her tail...

And the other two hens are acting completely fine which is why her behavior stands out so much. She flaps her wings quite a bit when she gets panicked (and it doesn't take much for that to happen)

I bought two BLR chicks from a feed store but I've noticed that there is pretty wide variety with how they actually look when they are bigger. Would you be able to tell what their coloring will be from how they look as chicks? (new chicken mom so I'm just curious). Thanks :)
