    Dead chicks fully formed.

    Just reading the one that's in the incubator. Its my 1st time but I noticed the outer membrane was brown and completly separated from the egg shell with no veins or blood at all. Also had small amount of light brown fluid leak out when i pulled a piece of the outer membrane off the chick.

    After day 25 and still no movement i put a hole in the air cell to find dead chickens. 1 almost absorbed the entire yoke so i assume they died right before hatch. What did i do wrong. Incubated at 100.4 degrees and then upped humidity to 65 percent at day 18.

    I added pics. Roosting poles are just 3 or 4 ft from floor and ceiling. You think I should take the woods ceiling I put up down and just put cloth there instead?
