    Chickens pecking each other

Currently I cant but I believe it’s about 2-3 feet long. They deal with this much area just fine because we let them outside most of the time.

    Chickens pecking each other

I’m not sure how many feet, but they’re inside. We let them out almost everyday to get extra air and roam around a little bit before it gets dark

    Chickens pecking each other

I own one Rhode Island Red and an Austra White. Up until this year they were the best of friends and never did anything to harm one another until our RIR started pecking our Austra when she would eat. But, I’m mainly wondering if maybe the spot she’s missing on her chest/neck is a molt? Because it’s a complete straight line without feathers

    Is my chicken molting?

Hi, a while back I was asking about why my chicken hadn’t molt yet, she just did today. Near her neck stretching to her chest, she doesn’t have feathers, and I’m assuming it’s a molt? Right under her beak, where her neck is, it’s super wet? And I’m not sure why?

    Chicken not molting?

I have two chickens, an Austra White & a Rhode Island Red. They’re both 11 months and they haven’t molted? They’ve lost some feathers but rarely any. Maybe they’re just taking their time/slow molters? Both of their tails are a complete mess. And they haven’t stopped egg production. I have...
