You can also use propolis to feed your sick chicken, will strengthen the immunity system of the bird. Once I used to force feed fresh honey bee(with an insulin syringe) to turkey poults who were sick(and wouldn`t eat anything) and they recovered well.

Finally someone like me. So i`m not the only one who feeds bee pollen to poultry. It is the best food for your poultry if you want to go full organic(bcs it contains all the aminoacids). Some interesting research to read about...
