Thanks so much for the response! Yeah, I’ve had a couple of yolky beaks! But upon further digging around, literally, I found a mouse family! They are now evicted! And working on coop and run improvements!
It’s been quite a bit that it’s been swollen. I think she did have an upper respiratory issue. She got over that and then her eye got swollen. You can still see her eye. I’ve tried rinsing it, putting topical antibiotic, squeezing it. Nothing has seemed to change the swollenness. Thank you...
In the water is easiest. You can use a dropper in the evening to give it to her specifically. The tape really helped with my chick. Good luck with your little one.
There is not a vet. I have used a saline solution to flush it out as well as topical antibiotic every night. She doesn’t seemed bothered except for not really being able to use that eye.

Hi, yeah, I took that picture because I wasn’t sure what that white stuff was in the corner of her mouth. I did look, and I did not see any sores or anything. She’s been laying about 3 eggs a week. I did get her to drink some water, but she was not interested in food. Oh, and there was not...
Hi, starting this morning, I have a 4 year old hen that would not come down from the roost. She was gulping for her breath. Upper respiratory, gape worm? Here’s some pics. As of yesterday she was fine. Eating, drinking, foraging. Help
