Hatching eggs can be left for up to 10 hours by their mother and they will still usually hatch. especially this early I think they will be fine. I collect my chickens eggs and hatch them and who knows how long they sat in the nesting box before I collected them, it could of been days.
he is in a separate cage with food and water. his poop is solid, white brown and green. They are fed layer pellet, we have 2 acres of dirt and a little bit of weeds and grass. we feed them lots of scraps (ex: lettuce, chips tortillas, pasta) his crop feels squishy.

I do not think its anything to worry about, I have about 30 chickens, and most of them don't lay. It may just be stressed. Look out for symptoms like if your chicken looks like she's trying to lay an egg, or has a hard abdomen,or very loose stool.
your chicken might just be mulching. if she has mites they are easy to check for and can be noticed around the eye area. if she does have mites I suggest diatomaceous earth powder, sprinkling it on the chickens and in their coop, there are also certain sprays for mites I suggest.
