It looks like she may have hurt her toe. Whenever I put her somewhere in the box (I have a washcloth on it) She keeps walking backwards until she hits a wall. she will stand up, she will eat, I've been told she's been drinking, she seems to want to sleep (which is not surprising, due to me...
Eyes opened, still look a tad swollen. When the lights go off, she will flail around until a light is back on, or until I am with her. Akin to a human panic attack. After this, she will lie down, motionless. She will have an odd placement of her feet as well.

I do agree the eye looks swollen. I have made a half-starter, half-mash mixture to wean off. He is awake, his eyes just won't open. I don't know how to open the eyes without hurting him. He's having trouble eating normal feed because he can't see it. I have a little mix I made of yogurt, egg...

Thank you both for this information. I just have a few questions.
Is this completely safe?
Should we treat all three rooms or just the room the little guy is in?
Corid for calves will still work for chickens?
How long would have to receive Corid before it's too late?
Why would it happen so...
Our little chicken has never had great balance, but I thought I should add it. He cannot open his eyes, aside from a little part. He drinks when I put water up to his beak, he tries to eat, but he can't quite see it. Preening like he's comfortable, a little fluffed out (less fluffed now that I...
