We have a flock of 13 (+1). 1 australorp, 3 old english bantams (1 roo), 3 barred rocks, 2 Americana's, 1 Dominique/mix (? gender), 1 Americana/mix (roo), 1 silkie, 1 silkie/polish mix, and 1 kitty!!
Here the whole gang
I have an Americana about 6 months old that has been wheezing. No coughing, sneezing, swollen nostrils, or any mucus. She started the other day and none of the others are doing it. She is eating and drinking. What should I do?
I did have a bloody Americana egg but unsure if it was her or my...
Great news everyone!!!
Lucky me found someone needing to rehome his flock. He has silkies I'm going tomorrow to check them out!!!
1 question... where do they usually land in pecking order?
Meet:
Sammy
Bug
Little Sh*t
I had no idea what I was doing when I randomly decided to get 3 unsexed mini chickens. Some woman in tractor supply was talking them up. Sammy and Bug have always been so cuddly. Sammy is my little sweetheart and Bug is my rocker girl. As for my rooster ... can you...
I have been looking. I just got through raising babies and would like some full grown. We recently rebuilt our coop but currently only have a 10×10 run. They free range regularly but still I don't want to over crowd. I need 3 of those 10×10s :)

Unfortunately I found all 3 outside of the nest this morning o the ground of my chicken coop.
Not 100% sure what happened. 2 of them where still alive struggling and 1 of them was killed by my chickens I put the 2 back in the nest (without touching them by hand). Last I checked they were still...
