Beautiful girls! This is my first time with Dominiques. They are so sweet and friendly. I'm super happy with them.

Oh were you referring to the Dominiques? I thought you meant the birds behind them lol one of the girls was a runt. I wasn't sure she was going to make it. But she did. They are the sweetest girls, next to my black sexlinks.

@centrarchid They are from our local feed store. I was told they came from a breeder within in the state as opposed to a hatchery.

I will take it! It was a risk being a straight run bin! But I love Dominiques and it was worth the risk. 😊

The roof is actually chicken wire. We couldn't get anymore hardware cloth. I bought everyone out. 😆 We have since put a shade cloth across the back half of the run. They use the shade of the tree in the morning. I plan on planting a few more trees across the front so everyone has shade. We leave...

It's freaking awful! We may get 2-3"of dirt then hit solid rock. Drag out the 40lb breaker bar. Sometimes you can break through or pry out. Other times you have no choice but to move the hole.

They certainly like to supervise! More like begging for treats or bugs. 😆

My Dominiques are going on 11 weeks. From everything I have read these three being darker in color are pullets? One is getting quite the set of tail feathers which is why I am asking.

Thank you so very much! I have had so many people tell me they are not Cinnamon Queens, their color wasn't right, among other things. I feel so much better now knowing they are actually what they were supposed to be!
