    Single chick hatching and raising

So one of my hens went broody for the first time at the beginning of this month, and has successfully incubated one out of four eggs she had been sitting on (the other three she broke on accident...and ate...:(). The last remaining egg seems to be doing ok, and even pipped this afternoon, but I...

Can one Chick survive by Itself?

So one of my hens went broody for the first time at the beginning of this month, and has successfully incubated one out of four eggs she had been sitting on (the other three she broke on accident...and ate...:(). The last remaining egg seems to be growing well, and might be hatching between now...

I thought she might be sick too, but it's been like this since she was a chick. I've been giving my whole flock a nutri-drench every few weeks, which has been keeping them pretty healthy. I found out today that she waits till the rest of the flock are done eating to eat, and she was running...

Feed for Chicks, where do I go from here.

I have six, two month old isa browns, and I'm just feeding them plain chick grower crumbles from Tractor Supply and they're doing fine. (I'm fairly new to this whole chicken-raising thing, so I'm not sure how much help this is.)

    Different chick with my Australorps

So....I'm a newbie at raising chicks. I got six Isa brown hens first, then my mom and I decided to get guineas. And then we also got seven australorp chicks. The day after bringing the australorps home, I noticed that one of the chicks was bigger, and had less white than the rest. And it also...
