I don’t know if this is the right place to post this but I need some insight on this matter.
Yesterday, mama goat gave birth to two kids! Congratulations me!
But my question is the mama goat is only taking care of the black one and biting the tail and head butting the white one. The mama is also...
Yes it did, They seem to be doing okay this morning. These wild hog piglets HATE being held when feeding. I just hope they are drinking more than fussing. But I just pray they get big enough over time.
They didn’t eat the replacer, I think I went to long for them to eat. I just read a bunch of helpful comments about giving honey. To break the cycle for them to eat. The other 3 die because the mother didn’t let then access to her nipple because she refused to move for them.
I did went to Tractor supply and found some milk replacement for them. But they didn’t want to drink it! They squealing everytime I try to feed them. I have them in a small in close coop with hay to keep them warm. I hope that enough. I’m just praying they will be alive in the morning and I’ll...
Oh wow! That was a great help. Thank you. I honestly don’t know when they last ate. The mother did move, she rolled over her other babies when they were trying to feed. But she didn’t move when we took the last two piglets. I only have lactose free milk. I’ll have to run to the store tomorrow...
A wild hog we caught in a cage gave birth 5 days ago and these are her piglets. The mother hasn’t move since giving birth. She originally had 5 but the other 3 died. We fear that she isn’t letting them feeding. So we took these two. So my question is what kind of milk/food/treats can I have...
I have a question about incubating ducks eggs. It takes 7 days for the duck to be fertilized (maybe I’m wrong) but do I have to turn the egg before the 7? Or can I wait to turn them after the 7 days. I’m waiting to take out any unfertilized egg after the 7 day to start hand turning them.
Ah sorry, I wasn’t sure how to go about making balut. I just didn’t know if it was any different from regular incubation because I will be consuming the balut..I’m not sure if I’m making any sense. I guess I was wondering if it will be safe and doable.
Ohhhh gotcha. Thank you so much. I have hatched my own chicken and currently on my first round of duck egg and I’ve just been going off of what the incubator says. I had no idea again thank for you input you’ve help me a lot!
Yes, I have the white ducks and I get 5 eggs everyday and I also get 8 chicken eggs. This maybe a dumb question but what do you mean a calibrated instrument?😅
Thank you for commenting, I’ve tried but nothing have given me a clear answer if it was possible to do it in a incubator that I have. All that I’ve found are gigantic incubator where they can make balut 3000 at a time 😂
Hello new member here🤗
I am looking for information how to make balut. I have the little giant incubator Sysco foam. I was wondering if anybody have tried it before and if they had successful balut. I grew up eating them and unfortunately no store around me sells them.
