I only have Ducks (<<notice the capitalization), so I give a handful of either flax seed (they love them) or a handful of dried mealworms once a day. there are 12 Ducks, so that is not a lot, but they know they are special and they react accordingly.

Yes I have one of those tupperware bowls in there with the lid cut out and now another head dunking bowl that is cleaned 3 times a day for them. I put just a 1/2 of pinch of stress relief powder that has niacin in all the water.
