I brought home some bantams from TSC, this is my first set of bantams. I have no clue what they could be and google has been no help to me 😆 Does anyone have a guess as to what any of them may be? 3 of them have feathered feet.
I'm looking for advice, experiences, and suggestions on adding a 5 month old light brahma cockeral to my flock.
A little bit about my flock, it consists of 5, 1 year old hens (one who hatched chicks 2 weeks ago) 10 pullets, 2 guineas, and 3 ducks who are all 4 months and all various standard...
I had an egg explode in the nest, by the time I found out the other chickens must have ate the rements of the egg, I only found bits of shell dried onto the other eggs. Do I need to wash the remaining eggs off (the gunk is dried on them) or does that remove the bloom leaving the eggs more...
I'm looking for advice or information on what's going on with my girl skye here. She has been laying for less then a week, but theyve all been large eggs. When I picked her up today to inspect her I found her back feathers a little dirty but she also pooped all over me at that moment. Anyways...
My girl Clover (4mo) has a bump above her eye, it feels more solid. No swelling in the eye itself, no coughing sneezing, she's eating drinking and being her normal self. I also don't see any wounds either. I'm at a loss of what it could be or what I can do for this. All help is appreciated!!

I'm hoping for some help determine if my chickens are pullets or cockerals. They are 13/14 weeks old. Out of my two rhode islands one has larger comb/wattles/legs but there hasn't been a definite sign yet, at least to me. I think I have one of each for the rhode island which I'd be fine with...
Just a quick Introduction, I'm Auma. This is my first year raising chickens (and one duck) and I'm loving it. Right now I have 1 ISA brown, 2 Rhode island reds, 1 buff orpington and 1 cayuga duck at 13 weeks, and 2 more buff orpington and 2 barred rocks at 2 weeks. I look forward to learning...
