i have 24 2 month old chicks and there is one that is always getting picked on i separtered him from them the others,is there anything i can so they won't pick on him,i hate to see him isolated from the rest of the gang

i have 24 chicks that 2 months old now and there is one chick that always get picked on till the point that he bleeds on his back,i separted him from the others is this making it worse for him after it heals up i put him back in the population but then it happens again,what can i do?:barnie
