Wow, thanks for response. Here is information that I have
1. All different breeds (BCM, RIR, Silkies, Amercana)
2. The dead ones were slower then rest and instead of coming up to me for food, they stayed away.
3. For couple of days before dying
4. No bleeding or any other injuries

I had 25 chickens but in past few weeks my flock is down to 19. Seems like I am loosing about 1 chicken a week. I added medicine in water, also gave them Tylon shots but dont really know what is causing them to die.
My favorite is white Silkie, he is incharge of coop. He is not too friendly and maintains his distance from me but have a good control on rest of chicken :-)
I have 16 chicken and 4 roosters, all in same coop and run. How would I know if my chicken is broody? Also I am planning to leave the eggs in coop so whenever one of them become broody, they know what to do with those eggs. Any suggestions?
There is nothing wrong with them eating some meat (chicken, turkey, beef or goat), all of our left overs are always end up in chicken run. I am from Pakistan so sometime food is spicy (when I cook) and they love chicken curry, chicken vandaloo, keema curry etc etc. Few days ago I had to...
Thank you for replying, I do buy the feed from local feed store but I dont think we have any mill around this area. Now I do feed them all the left overs including spicy foods :-)
I been buying feed from local store and it costs me about $27 each time and usually I buy it twice in a month. Its 1 bag of pallets and 1 bag of 5 way. Just curious if there is any cheaper way of getting this feed?
