My silkie hen has been sitting on 6 eggs, not sure of the due date but I've candeled them and they all have kicking little babies inside Anyway my question is....if all goes well and I get some chicks, can I leave them in with the hen? I've never hatched with a broody before (always incubated)...

They have been living on our property for about a month they just hang around the chicken coop. I cant figure out if they are some kind of wild bird or if they are chickens lol. They are really small and can fly. We can get within about 4 feet of them before they take off.
Sam needs a good home! he is about 6 months old and friendly. we have too many roosters! I'm located in hadley PA and can deliver within a reasonable distance otherwise you will have to pick him up. I also have another silkie rooster available if interested. Thanks
