I use a container that is sold for charcoal. I do get a little spillage but it is not to bad. I got the container from Lowes. and it is made by Kingsford.

Yes I have tried it, I made 4 of them and they work great. The one in the picture is not in a pen yet in the picture. When I place it into a pen I use zip ties and they seem to work great. Thanks for the replys. Brad

They are not realy harder to hatch than others. It is just more will not hatch than others. There is nothing you can do about it just wait and hope. Are they your eggs or did you get them from some one? Are they true Araucanas, Were the parents tuffed? All this makes a difference. Good luck...
