I agree with the consensus and think this is how I will setup the hutches.
One structure, Three Compartments, side by side

#2
Rabbit & Cavy Does (2 of Each)

Sounds to me like there are a lot of different personalities out there among the flocks. I will likely try a few different ones and rehome or cull anybody who speaks out too much. Chicken Flock Totalitarian style;)
"Cavy" is the proper term for guinea pigs. My brother-in-law is from Peru and "Cavy" is a traditional part of their diet. In fact as much as 50% of the animal protein consumed in Peru is from "Cavies". Sound gross to the American pallette, but my family is from Indonesia & Europe, so I am up for...

The reason why I asked is that there was a scientist who decided to crossbreed a ton of different domestic fowl and see what happened. It was discovered that Guniea and Peafowl could and Guniea and Chickens could as well. These offspring are sterile, but a hybrid of species. This has also been...
I have a new silkie that is 11 months old I got a few days ago. Since I got her, I have allowed her to free range, but instead of free ranging the day away (like our other Silkie) she sits next to the coop and waits to get in. She gets up occasionally to eat or drink and frantically look for a...
