Don't think it's promotional. Up here it seems like it's been going for for a while. All the employees (with the exception of 1 or 2) were very knowledgeable about the breeds. All straight run...only downfall!!
I've been extremely lucky. I use probiotics electrolytes and acv and haven't lost a single chick yet. Except for some blue laced red wyandottes and a couple yokohamas that got stuck in the post office for an extra night .they got a chill and just couldn't kick it. We are getting a lot of 10...
I understand that .Since these are production birds I won't be asking for any money in the roos. I'll give them a chance at a happy home else where...as soon as they crow!! They will be dinner. We bought 3 meat birds this year as well...my daughter thought they were cute...and they are the most...
So. If and when I do get positive gender on these guys. Say I do have half roo out of each group. If they were bought as pullets...will tsc refund or exchange??
So after cleaning and hanging out with everyone...I'm pretty sure I got alot more roos than I first expected. Seeing lots of Combs and some already starting to pink up...I'll wait another week or two before getting pics and asking again!
Currently have 50 ish birds. Lots of variety . Some were bought as pullets...some straight run...wanted to see if we could peg any for sure to be roos as of now...as they will not be staying. Have some fancier breeds coming in the next couple weeks that are straight run so going to keep those...
