ok I did take a pic of head this is the side that looks more pointed to me.
See how light the color of the comb. They are the same age and my for sure roo is red. This one is not like the roos.
The F1 roo is crowing too. not this one though.

Well thats good to know. Mr.mean pants is so pretty it is a shame he wants to go to the freezer camp so bad. I keep thinking back did I drop him on his head at some point when he was a chick? Oh well at least its the roo and not the hens they are as sweet as can be. I might grab a hen from you too.

Hatch update on project BLUE Wheaten Marans ~ Chicks are hatching so far 1 solid blue and one Blue Wheaten!
I'll post pics after everyone is in the brooder.
well if he did not mix them I would lean toward you have a light blue with dark blue lacing or the other way around dark blue with light blue lacing. can't wait to see new pics that might help a lot.
