So to get blue wheaten marans you just cross the blues to the wheatens? Sounds like it but just thought I would ask?

So is that a blue roo to a wheaten hen or a wheaten roo to a blue hen for the first generation?

that the rest will hatch. I think it was a good hatch even if the rest don't because they were all pullet eggs (first time Layers). Bev Davis had some. There are a few others too. Good luck finding some.
I'm using a mix flock of Wheatens and Blue and Splash I do have 1 blk hen for when they go in there own coops. I have 1 Wheaten roo and 1 Splash roo in with 4 Wheaten & 4 BBS. The chicks 2 are BLK and the rest are blue with bits of wheaten in wings,neck,legs. I will bred them back to Wheaten roo.
Randy any time you what any just let me know. I say this after I get them up and going Unless you what to dive in and help.
