I cheated.
Spouse made the kids (so me) sign up with a charter school... and so they do the diplomas. But my neighbor homeschooled independently.... and they just printed out a diploma from their home printer.
just get a template and fill it in.
However, do note that a slightly different name for the same subject can turn the same stuff into a college bound class, verses a junk class.
Maybe look up in your state, best high school classes for college bound kids.... see if those names fit what you...
dunno. My eldest, in his first year, is just at a tiny community college. I don't think he would make it if he were living on his own...but living at home I think he will be fine.
maybe they are talking about a "jump start" program, where you can take college classes while still in high school for super little money.
Not sure who gets to participate in the "Jump Start" program.
I thought that most community colleges were open enrollment? You just take a test to see what level English and math you need to take.

The stuff on the site is free. you do need to register to use it. You can also use the site to pay for and sign up for real tests.

I researched it a bit when my kids were starting Highschool... and there is a decent amount of variation.

After all of the stuff I have tried, the only thing that really works is a real live human.
Find a neighbor that you trust with your kids that speaks a foreign language to be a tutor. Or find someone at an old folks home or retirement community that will talk to the kid in whatever foreign...
My first two weren't capable of doing anything on their own in the elementary years.
At this point most of them do their work by themselves, I sit in the middle of the room and crack a whip. (Metaphorically speaking)
For "do it on your own" my favorite math is teaching...
