You should try posting and asking around like I did. It helped so much! I have five dogs.

So someone suggested that I post on Facebook and other social media letting people know that I would take their meat scraps and freezer burns. I ended up doing it and I got a 5 cubic foot freezer worth of stuff from people in just one day! This was some of it.

When I started raw feeding I thought it was a bit weird to put chicken feet and duck heads in the dog bowls. As mentioned, having the organs frozen does help with cutting, along with the smell. If you don’t like liver you can always go to other organs; kidney, spleen, brain, etc. Anything else...

There are so many things out there that are harmful. Even when I started feeding raw I was like…oh shoot…what now?

I’ve heard of that book and have been meaning to read it! A lot of people have recommended it to me. I love this post! I feel that people who feed raw are doing nothing but benefitting their animal friends.

A very rough estimate for feeding all four dogs is around $30 a month. That isn’t including eggs (have own chickens), fish oil (lasts a few months), and supplements (also last a few months).

I’ve heard about that too. There isn’t a need to freeze unless it is wild caught. Then I would freeze for 2-4 weeks. Market pork has been inspected but wild boar and stuff can contain various things.

Ah okay I see. I like what they call it and not the obvious name. Kind of helps keep things discrete.

There are so many cons when it comes to the pet food industry. Now I’m not saying that the documentaries I watched were 100%, but they were very interesting. Here’s a little bullet point of the cons that I heard about: Less moisture Severely dried out when processed Unnecessary amount of...

That makes sense about it being cooked. It’s also less processing the body will have to do when digesting it, and I like how it is fine so easier to eat. What supplements do you put in there for the vitamins?

Look at all that dedication! I love it! I am currently using the barf method but might switch over to the prey model just to see how it goes. Regardless with them being on raw it’s absolutely beneficial! I know that’s my opinion but I’m really strong about it. I love the photos that you took...
