Hard to know what to do. I have one that has struggled for hours and has a big hole, but is not zipping, just sticking his beak out the hole. Peep sounds weaker and he isn't trying as hard. :0(

Just got my first two little guys. One staring at the camera is an Old English Silver Duckwing Bantam and the little one in the back is a Serama. Three more zipping and a bunch pipped. So cool. Guess I won't be sleeping tonight.

I found 6 pips this afternoon and one is zipping. More rockin' n' rollin'. Wasn't expecting them till tomorrow morning. The one zipping is a little Serama and it looks dark. Can't wait to see them. Will post pics and video soon.
