is the other pekin pipped? you could try candling the one in question to see if the yolk sack is absorbed, and if it is you could zip it, but leave it in the egg to see if it can push itself out

i think it looks ok, you can also use cocnut oil or vaseline on the membrane but it looks good for now ducks take FOREVER to get from pip to zip, like 36 hours in some cases
