Got an egg! From our 23 week old Australorp

We have a squat from the australorp! 23 weeks this tuesday!

still no eggs here... we're at 22 weeks

Today I heard the egg song! A very loud Kuk-kuk-kuk-kuh KAAAWWWWW!!! But when I went out there to see who was doing it they stopped No eggs either. What could this mean?

Still no eggs, at 21 weeks here But whenever I reach out to pet my BA, she gets realllllly tense and freezes Could this means she might be getting closer?

I have an Australorp, a Cuckoo Marans, and a Buff Orpington at 20 weeks No eggs yet, but hopefully soon! How close would you all say the australorp is to laying? Hoping we all get eggs soon!
