Hand sanitizing stations in the produce department would help.
Peaches normally ripen fairly quickly, and a rotten peach can be detected by sight.
I admit I do catch myself wanting to pick up different pieces of fruit to inspect before choosing the right one, however I do purchase the one(s)...
One favor I would like to ask:
People please, at the grocery store, farmers' market, and fruit/vegetable stand, only handle the fresh produce you are going to purchase, especially after fiddling with your mask.
I would have to search for ones I've read, but didn't save. As I said in my previous post, my conclusion is that I don't know, as I've read both sides. Both sides makes some sense.
I also can find articles that support the shedding, including ones that Fauci knew about the shedding in 2015. I've read both sides of the debate. My conclusion is that I don't know, and it doesn't affect my life, as I don't invade peoples' space.
If I want to see a vaxxed or unvaxxed family...
My elderly friend who is not vaccinated is now not allowed in her vaccinated daughter's life (daughter's choice), nor her daughter's childrens' lives.
Her vaccinated son (who recently got covid) however, hasn't banished her.
That's a great idea. And unlike disposable gloves is reusable. I wonder if people took a little time at every parking lot, if it would inspire some people to properly dispose of trash. Probably not. They would think I'm a store employee.
When I see them ditched (always in parking lots) I would like to pick them up and throw them in the trash, but don't want to touch them! Maybe I should take disposable gloves with me when I'm out.
