If she is still recovering I would not stress her with a bath. Can you give her a pan/dish/container full of dirt so she can dust bathe herself? You could put a brick in her "room" and she can rub her beak down on it.

you could boil them then use a knife and cut them up and feed them shell and all right back to the chickens.

I boil them then put them STRAIGHT into ice water. I am able to peel fresh eggs this way.

That is a picture of the label on the chicken livers I buy. Full of good vitamins but also high in protein. Now I do not feed this too often but I think the extra vitamins and protein in them would be good for your girl.
