The forth question means, don't judge how other people raise their chickens, and the fifth question means, don't talk about slaughtering animals for meat, etc
I don't think I could ever get rid of the girls I have now. Some day I might have a bantam coop, and a standard coop though. As much as I love bantams, I would never have the heart to re-home my standard hens and roosters. I've grown too attached to them. Lol
That's a nice variety! I have always wanted Silkies. My girls that I currently have aren't so nice to small chickens, so I can't have any bantams. I'd love to have some Silkies and d'Uccles some day. What color Silkies do you currently have?

I am a country girl I have lived in the country almost my whole life. I lived in the city for 3 years, and we didn't like it. So we moved back to the country. I like the ability to have animals in the country, and my parents like that it's more peacful and we don't have as many nosy neighbors...

I've never lived in a house longer than 3 years. My parents haven't found a house where they are truly happy yet. Hopefully we will find a house that they love soon, so we won't have to move anymore.
My family and I are moving... again.... We just moved to this house February 24, 2012 and we are already going to move again. I told my parents that as long as I get to keep my cats and my chickens, that i'm fine with moving. Otherwise I don't want to. We rent our house, so moving won't be that...
