Pleading ignorance is always a great tactic. It's what I do to my parents (they have the chickens on their property). I just swing by and every time, it's "Aren't there more from the last time?" And I just shrug and keep it moving.
Now the fiance is a little more tricky to sneak chickens past...
Odoban baptism :):lau Now my Olive Eggers were oxine dipped before being set in the incubator. Howecer, as I run an LF, its a little rough on the eggs BUT theyve been doing okay. Maybe you can compare Odoban vs Oxine, if theyre comparable?
This is one secret I am definitely keeping to myself. :)
I would schedule a day for it - just so that it's on the calendar, you know? Especially for those egg eaters. My fiance's big upset with our last processing day was that he didn't get a bowl of the chicken soup we made from them. Oops.
Oh, he and his brother (Wally and James, Wally is in the photo) were stunners. But mean, mean, mean! Their temperament was so horrible (and very out of the blue, their parents were easy to handle) and of course, the JG showed up much more than the Silkie, so they were huge too!

See, with my fiance, I eased the blow because I already had received one as an Christmas gift many years ago. But now that I'm looking at incubators again - I want one with an auto turner and less trouble than my Little Giant ^^ - I think I'm going to buy it as a birthday gift to me!
As for the...
I mean, I love going to Costco but I definitely prefer Winco. It's open 24/7 and I prefer going between 10p-4a. I don't like people very much in such a crowded area. But the beau lives in the city proper, so we went for some cake for dinner today and it was such a hassle. And yes! One or two...
Good afternoon sweet eggs!
We decided to go for a Costco run today and it was a mistake! There's so many people, I'm itching to head back to the house.
